As part of the rental of childcare equipment, we ask for a deposit.
You can provide this deposit by check or cash. It is not cashed during the rental period.
The deposit is to guarantee that you will take care of the equipment we put at your disposal. 🙂
What is the amount of the deposit?
The amount of the deposit is indicated on each product of our website.
Once you have made your reservation, we will indicate the total amount of the deposit in the confirmation email.
When to provide the deposit?
The deposit must be provided no later than the day of the provision (or delivery) of the equipment.
When is the deposit refunded?
The deposit is returned to you in its entirety during the return of the equipment, after checking its state of operation and cleanliness.
If the material rendered is damaged: stained, torn, scratched, incomplete, broken, stolen, Lilo Bébé may retain all or part of the deposit.
Case of the deposit by credit card
You have the possibility of depositing your deposit by credit card thanks to Swikly.
To do this, you just have to click on the link received in your booking confirmation email and follow the requested steps.
You are not debited for the amount of the deposit and this has no impact on your banking limit.
Note: if you opt for the bank guarantee service charges apply.
What if I don’t have a deposit?
During the provision of the equipment (by withdrawal or by delivery) if you are not able to give us a deposit, we will not be able to make the equipment available to you. Your reservation will not give rise to any refund or credit on our part.
